“Ivan is a 15 year old Friesian cross with a history of neurologic symptoms similar to stringhalt and wobblers. Since his diagnosis, Ivan has been used for low level dressage and trail obstacles. He has mild deformation of cervical vertebrae in his neck which causes instability and incoordination of the hind limbs, lateral gait when walking downhill, and overall miscommunication between his brain and the hind end. Lee Ann’s bodywork has been tailor-made for my horse, and she always has a game plan for us to continue work between sessions. We have seen immense improvement in Ivan over the last nine months. We have seen gait improvements in and out of the saddle, and Ivan has overall become more comfortable with the work being asked of him under saddle. Her work has changed everything about how I manage Ivan’s conditions. I now have a much deeper understanding of how his body works and what really helps him. Lee Ann is always continuing her knowledge and has new tools in her toolbox every time I see her. I would recommend Lee Ann for anyone, performance horse or not, that is looking to improve their horse’s health and condition.”

“I had the pleasure of having Lee Ann come out to do bodywork on my horse. I’ve not quite seen someone work with horses in this way. I can’t believe how relaxed he was! She was very thorough and really tuned into him. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“My driving pony Cesar had multiple issues, including cranial nerve damage, lameness in right front due to left hind injury, and so much poll pain he was reluctant to cooperate. With Lee Ann’s patience, tact and ingenuity, along with her vast knowledge of several modalities, Cesar has learned to accept and participate in his recovery. He is moving with much more freedom and confidence, the lameness is now barely perceptible and he is a happy boy. My rescued feral ponies had a surprising number of issues with tightness and pain. They were also a bit wary and self-protective. It didn’t take long for them to accept and love Lee Ann for the compassionate help she was giving them. And I love that she gives me homework so I can reinforce what she has done. Thank you, Lee Ann!”

“Lee Ann has been doing Masterson Method on my soon to be 21 year old young guy. This is a horse that could never stretch to his sides or track up when trotting.
Lee Ann has enabled him to flex easily and trot is not “stuck” in front anymore. He is coming back better than ever. I always knew there was still a lot of. horse in there.
Thank you for helping us bring it out. Looking forward to more sessions. I know Decker will be too.”
