Yes. The instruments used to facilitate a sound bath are low volume and the frequencies generated are designed to calm the nervous system. One caution however, the gongs can be quite sonorous and if someone is extremely sensitive, they can request the gongs be omitted in their session. Most people find the gong baths are a highlight and enjoy being “washed over” by their sounds.

Acutonics is a form of needleless acupuncture using tuning forks attuned to planetary frequencies. There is no piercing of the skin. Forks are gently placed along specific acupuncture points on the body. Clients remain clothed and awake during treatments. With Traditional Chinese Medicine as its template,Sonic Acupuncture can treat a variety of ailments: anxiety, depression, PTSD, sore muscles, digestive issues, injury recovery, immune boost, and migraines to name a few.

I have found that 3 sessions within 5-6 weeks provides evidence of a lasting shift. But after the very first session, you can expect to feel more grounded and a bit lighter. Everyone is different, so results and times vary. Long standing issues will take some time to release. Once we get things moving in the right direction, I recommend a once a month maintenance visit. Regular “Tune Ups” do wonders!!

It is important to be well hydrated before and after a treatment. Water is the main conduit for the frequencies to travel throughout the body. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. On the day of your treatment, try not to have a lot to do afterwards. If you can go home, do a salt soak ( a salt soak is using Epsom Salts in a bath or foot soak) and nap, that’s IDEAL. At the very least, keep your energies calm and collected. It takes about 24 hours for all the meridians to circulate and reset.
